Description MUC1 (UniProt ID P15941) biotinyl synthetic glycopeptide fragment (Pro126-Gly149; UniProt position 126-149, aa length 24) from the variable number tandem repeat (TR) domain and tumour-associated cancer antigen (TACA). Sialyl Tn or STn antigen (Neu5Acα2-6GalNAcα1-O-Thr) at Thr139 and Thr144. Biotin is conjugated at the N-terminus and is separated from the peptide sequence by a discrete, monodisperse and amphiphilic diethylene glycol (PEG2) and glycine spacer.
