Description Sialyl-Tn (STn) glycan ligand of the STn Antigen. Amine reactive. Neu5Acα2-6GalNAc is equipped with a triethylene glycol (PEG3), carboxyl-functionalized (amine-reactive) linker/spacer. The truncated glycan is found on the Sialyl-Tn antigen (STn) where it is linked to a serine (Ser) or threonine (Thr) as Neu5Acα2-6GalNAcα-O-Ser/Thr and considered an aberrant tumour-associated carbohydrate antigen (TACA).
